Yesterday, I noticed the caption and warnings for the emergency announcements were not acceptable in many ways.  If you agree with me, I would like you to write a complaint letter about your concerns and send it to me.  I am currently looking for people to give me a letter of complain about their concerns about the captioning.  Please mail it to me at below address.

We already got a few people complaining.  We just need more people to write a letters of what bothered them about the announcements in Rochester, NY, about the emergency announcements.  Look forward to receiving your letters.
