Hi everyone,

Last week Monday, many of us were worried about what was happening during the Hurricane Sandy.  We knew what happened in New York City (NYC).  As the hurricane got closer to Rochester, many of us faced poor caption or poor practice of announcements.  We may have been without power or something.  If you have stories to share, please come and share them.  At the same time, if you did not have bad experience, you may be wondering what you could do differently.

On Thursday, November 15 from 7 to 9 pm.  Dean DeRusso will give a presentation called, “What is your plan?”  It’s an Emergency Prepardness presenation.  He will discuss about ways to better prepare for ememergencies and what to do at the times.  At the same time, he will discuss bit about some things that happened in the community last week.

Please mark your calendar and join Dean at Rochester Recreation Club of the Deaf  (http://www.rochesterdeafclub.com/) for their REAP program presentation on Thursday November 15 from 7 to 9 pm.  Address is:
