Hi everyone,
Yesterday (May 2), twenty-two deaf and hard of hearing individuals graduated from ten weeks of the Deaf Police Citizen Academy. This success was partially as a result of RCIL advocacy. (Waiving hands). Some of the news articles can be found below:
