Title: Let’s continue with Deaf Farm Stand!
Description: Foodlink has partnered with the Deaf community to establish a farm stand to be run ASL friendly service that will bring healthy and affordable produce (vegetables and fruits) to city residents who may not have easy access to healthy foods. Please tell your family and friends to visit the farm stand at Rochester Recreation Club for the Deaf. This unique farm stand program supports local farms and was made possible by grants from New York’s Fresh Connect Program, the H.E.A.R.T program from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Foodlink, Inc. Again, spread the word among friends and family for wholesome and affordable vegetables.

Description: This empowerment workshop will focus on being the writer of our own life. What does writing our own script look like? Why may it be difficult to write it? How may we make it easier to do that? There will be a fun activity, discussions, and visual presentation materials. At the end, we may gain a sense of clarity and readiness to be the creator of our own script.

  4. The next time I read a blog, Hopefully it doesn’t disappoint me as much as this one. After all, Yes, it was my choice to read, but I really thought you would have something helpful to say. All I hear is a bunch of crying about something you can fix if you were not too busy searching for attention.
